Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is critical to the success of
projects and programs in development, humanitarian aid, public health,
education, and governance. This course provides a structured and hands-on
approach to designing M&E systems, collecting and analyzing data, and using
findings to inform policy and program decisions.
Participants will learn how to develop logical frameworks (LogFrames),
create indicators, design M&E plans, conduct baseline and endline
assessments, and apply both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
The course also explores reporting, data visualization, and how M&E
contributes to accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
Whether you're overseeing a development program, writing grant proposals,
or conducting research, this course equips you with the technical and strategic
skills to monitor progress, evaluate impact, and drive results.
